The Torts Game: Defending Mean Joe Greene
Faculty Reviews
"The students in my Torts class really enjoyed The Torts Game, which I used as an introduction to the course. The Torts Game provided them with a larger context for thinking about legal opinions that is helpful to them in Torts as well as their other first year classes. They especially enjoyed the primary documents, and the insurance chapter (in which suddenly the plaintiff and defendant are working together against an insurance company) was fascinating for many of them. I am really pleased by the depth that The Torts Game has added to my early classes."
-Sheila Foster, Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law
"This book is destined to be a classic teaching tool. It is guaranteed to be a favorite with students and instructors alike... Zittrain and Harrison focus on the heart and soul of tort law, the pretrial and settlement stages. It is rare that first year students receive the opportunity to study a case file. This book achieves its objective of introducing students to a variety of the tools of litigation as well as teaching first-year torts concepts."
